What is an Active design task?
The number of "Active Design Tasks" refers to the total number of design projects we work on simultaneously. You can organize your design requests, and change your priorities in real-time so we can automatically start reviewing and working on what’s important to you.
What is a medium sized project?
We define a medium sized project as a 2-3 hour design project. Examples of medium size projects include, but are not limited to; a single sided business card design, set of social media posts, web banner, 1-2 Presentation slides, simple single page advertisement or label design.
What is your hourly rate?
Sorry, we don’t work hourly. (We also don’t pay our designers hourly, we believe hourly rates are a bad incentive for slow design.) We do offer 2 types of pricing programs. One is a subscription-based, unlimited design service where you can request an unlimited number of projects. We can also quote individual projects on a flat-rate per project!
What is the pricing for a single project?
Pricing varies dependent on the type of project. You can submit a project for a quote online. No project is to small (no ego here). You can also always check our services pages to get estimated average costs based on some of the design projects we have done. Click here to talk with us and get your project in for a quote.
What is your turnaround time for design?
The turnaround time starts at 1-2 business days on standard design requests as well as standard change requests. In some cases, we can offer same-day turnaround times on smaller design requests and changes. Larger, more complicated design requests or brands with complicated brand guidelines may add time to your design turnaround time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No! The minimum subscription is month-to-month. We do offer discounts for long-term, prepaid commitments and we can also work on a project-by-project basis.
